I am Anna Scrima
After graduating from High School it was not very long that I started my Real Estate Career. I was given an opportunity in the Title Insurance Industry when I new absolutely nothing. All terms were foreign to me and this was a true chance on me since I did not get the Job I originally applied for. Not exactly the way I expected to start my new career but it was my starting point. But with smart decisions and a little hard work, I was able to educate myself and learned all aspects of the Closing Process.
Fast forward 20+ years later, now I use my own personal education, struggle and success to help people just like you find Homeownership.
My favorite thing to do is...
Spending time with my family. Love my husband and two little girls.

And my third favorite thing to do is...
Work and Volunteer ... and work hard at both. It is so satisfying to me to help people in my day to day. So I am either doing something Real Estate or Volunteering my hours.
My Story
I always knew I wanted to go far in life, so I worked hard to become the first person in my family to have my own business. While in school, I thought my future was a guaranteed success. Then once I started having to pay my own bills, my dreams of a better life seemed out of reach.
I felt frustrated and helpless, but I had thought about this way too hard to let my dreams slip away. When I landed in title insurance, I dove into the industry and decided to not give up on myself. From there I created my own little business really allowing myself to stay on track.
As the years continued to pass and my journey in real estate became longer and longer, I saw just about every type of closing and sent that beautiful email to Buyers and Sellers, that they may "Release the Keys". The thousands of people I have sent that to throughout the years became the stepping stones to this incredible academy.
I came up with a system that allowed me to take what I know and get you to the closing table prepared. It allowed me to show you the way to become Lender ready. It gave me the ability to share with you the important value in investing in yourself. Now I empower others on their journey to becoming a Homeowner.

Why I Do It
Owning a home is not something I ever discussed growing up. But I knew my father owned our house and that he bought it from my grandparents after moving to Florida. As my dad, he did his absolute best being a single father of 2 kids, we lived paycheck to paycheck most of their lives. We could not afford a Lamborghini but we were comfortable, somewhere in the middle. Through the years we encountered some tough struggles and watching my family go through this inspired me to aim higher. But despite my best efforts, I still found myself struggling, it was hard to succeed.
Once I got a taste of working in the Real Estate Industry, my knowledge became stronger. I realized over the years that the methods I was trained to do could help others in a way, that was unique and powerful to understand. So I made it my mission to help as many people as possible and create an avenue for a successful homebuying experience by empowering education before going through the closing process.
Creating this environment forms successful habits which empowers themselves and their families.
